As a PATIENT, Sign up using a valid cell/email, complete your profile, select a service and book a secure session with Canadian licensed/certified healthcare doctors/practitioners. General check-up, physician advice, new or renew prescriptions, and mental health services, all from your tablet or mobile device. Use a provincial health card for eligible services. No credit card is needed to sign up.

As a DOCTOR/ PRACTITIONER; Download MedOnline for free on your device, and provide your profile information and credentials such as cell phone, fax numbers and emails to receive alerts and reports. Once our panel approves your submission, set your shift/availability by specifying dates and times you are available to practice online. And your virtual clinic is ready! It is so simple! Consult patients using HQ audio/video, take SOAP notes, issue online prescriptions, Automated session reports to your Fax/Email for easy EMR data entries by you/staff.

FAQ’s
Consultations are available in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Qubec. Residents of these provinces who are covered under provincial health insurance such as OHIP, MSP, AHCIP or Saskatchewan Health, can have video based consultations at no direct cost. Alternatively for residents not covered, a fee based consultation could be scheduled.
